My three times' reappointment as the county headman in Uiseong-gun made me run for the National Assembly, and I became a member of the National Assembly. As the Assemblyman for Uiseong-gun, Cheongsong County, and Gunwi-gun, I will try my best to develop underdeveloped rural life there. My Keimyung juniors, have bright prospects before you and try to do your best. Then, you will have a good chance to work for your hometown and for the country.

First of all, I want to thank all the people who have helped and encouraged me. For the last thirteen years, I have tried to develop the east district of Ulsan City with Ulsan citizens. As I have become an Assemblyman, I would like to make an effort to develop Keimyung University and the Keimyung University Alumni Association. I want to say to my Keimyung juniors that a diligent life leads to many golden opportunities in your life for success. Don't forget what you are doing now is the key to your successful life.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and respect for all Keimyung people. With the government focusing on promoting economic practicality in order to boost the Korean economy, I will try my best to construct an active nation and superb welfare state. Remaining faithful to the last, I will stand with the attitude of a doctor's mind in caring for national affairs and the people. I want to ask all Keimyung people to give their unsparing advice and encouragement to me. Finally, I again thank all Keimyung people nationwide and the people concerned with last year's presidential election and this year's general election from the bottom of my heart.
