The 2014 Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP) Orientation was held in Euiyang Hall at Keimyung University on September 4. About 230 KGSP students from Keimyung University, Yeungnam University, and Dongseo University attended the program. The event started at 3 p.m. with a welcoming speech by the director of KGSP Program at Keimyung University as well as a student representative who came to Korea through KGSP. After the welcoming speech, there were welcoming performances, including a sing-a-long with a twelve-string Korean zither (gayageum) and a traditional percussion quartet. Then there was a commemorative photograph session followed by the orientation proper with the event finishing with a dinner that lasted until 7 p.m.
