The Department of Industrial and Management Engineering came to an agreement on having a joint degree program with the University of South Australia, one of the largest public universities in South Australia, from this year.

Through this joint degree program, senior year students in the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering in Keimyung can get both a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from KMU and a master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management on condition they complete four subjects in the master’s course and study for one year in the University of South Australia.

Lee Moon-gyu, a professor in the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering, said, “This cooperative education will provide not only various educational opportunities but also helpful experience for preparing for future employment.”
