On May 4, a staff service consciousness seminar was held in the International Conference Hall. The topic was "strategies for customer satisfaction and interpersonal skills for high quality administrative service."

Choi Moon-hee, a lecturer in female leadership at Sookmyung Woman's University said, "Address people like your family and children. Then everyone can be happy." She added, "Do not show your anger to other people. You should know how to control your emotions."

In July 2006, President Lee Jin-woo, all administrative staff, and some professors received service training from a professional institution. Thus, Keimyung University is constantly trying to improve administrative service.
