Keimyung University was selected for the 2024 International Cooperation Leading University Development Support Project promoted by the Ministry of Education. The International Cooperation Leading University Development Support Project is the Ministry of Education's representative project to support the development of higher education in recipient countries by jointly utilizing the academic resources and educational capabilities of the university.
Keimyung University, was selected for the project in recognition of its experience in international development cooperation projects and the feasibility of the international cooperation leading university development support project. KMU will carry out the project with 2.5 billion won for seven years from April this year.
This project will be promoted as a key project for the innovation of information and communication technology and the training of professional manpower through higher education. That is strategically promoted by the Kyrgyz government, the recipient country, for economic development.
