On March 23rd, the Ability Reinforcement Program for incoming faculty was opened in the New Bauer Hall. This program is based on the education of essential abilities for the newly appointed faculty members and is supported by the Center for Teaching & Learning at KMU.
The ability reinforcement has been operating since 2015 and was implemented for the first time at KMU among all universities in Korea. Through the Ability Reinforcement Program for incoming faculty, all faculty members will work to improve the satisfaction of students as well as the quality of education in KMU.
