On May 10, 2017, Students in the Department of Music Production at Keimyung Artech College performed “The First Wave” concert at Buer Hall. This concert is welcoming presentation for freshman.

The ensemble of vocals and several instruments including electric guitars, keyboards, and drum performed music arranged by students. To close the concert, students sang "Our Dream" the theme song of the Japanese animation "One Piece".

The concert ended successfully with applause by the audience. Future performances by the Department of Music Production are expected after the success of this concert.
