The Leaders in Industry University Cooperation (LINC) foundation implemented local field placement and foreign field placement during the winter vacation. Local field placement was conducted for four to six weeks, starting in December 2014. The participants included in the LINC Foundation were 238 students from various majors, except the Department of Pharmacy and Department of Food and Nutrition. There were 86 participating companies where students gained practical experience in business departments related to their majors.

Foreign field placement started at the Japanese company CJ in February 2015. A tourism management student who has Japanese language communication skills and other specific qualifications was selected for this placement. He is learning food marketing with the sales support team.
