Since 2011, KMU has had various supporting activities for small libraries in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Volunteers, librarians, and professors help with reading education programs, arranging books and documents, organizing reference rooms, cleaning outside the libraries, and doing interior decorating in many libraries.

This year, volunteer teams provide various services at 14 school libraries and 6 small libraries. In particular, libraries request practical help like arranging books and documents and organizing reference rooms.

KMU will expand the area it supports and increase the number of supporting volunteers it has and libraries it helps in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. In addition, they will use SNS for mentors and mentees, and help students improve learning capabilities and educational satisfaction.
