On August 27th, Keimyung University and Lanzhou University concluded an academic exchange agreement on Seongseo Campus of Keimyung University. The Vice President for School Affairs of Keimyung University and the Vice President of Lanzhou University presented and celebrated this new agreement. With this academic exchange agreement, these two universities will cooperate to educate students and develop many international projects like joint degree programs.

Lanzhou University, which was established in 1909, is one of the national universities under China's education ministry. This university has 6 campuses and 25 departments. Among its departments, the Department of Chemical Engineering is internationally praised for its educational programs.

Since its establishment, Keimyung University has become sister schools and interacted with many foreign universities. Because of these efforts, Keimyung University is described as one of the most international universities in Korea, overcoming local limitations.
