Keimyung University will launch a Super-Mentor Program that will run from August to December 2011. This program was devised to support students and create an atmosphere of effective foundation building.

The mentees will be paired with an expert who works in a relevant field to develop a mentoring relationship over a period of time. They will be given one-on-one tutoring so they can learn the foundation of their field, such as the steps between drawing up a business plan and making a final product.

This program will be conducted this semester among thirty identified clubs. Thirty corps of mentors will be joined by professors who coordinate and enhance the mentoring process.

Kim Hyeon-soo, the head of New Business Development, said, "This Super-Mentor Program is totally different from existing mentoring systems which were short-term or one-off."
