Keimyung University will select 5476 students for admission in 2011, which is the largest number in the nation. Keimyung is planning to select 2000 new students during the regular application period and 3476 new students through nonscheduled admission. 562 students will be selected through the admissions officer system.

The number of students has increased 40% compared with the previous year. Keimyung is the only regional university to give several application chances, general application and the admissions officer system.

Keimyung first selects candidates through examining their personal histories and then selects students strictly by their high school score. The application period for nonscheduled admission was from 10:00 on September 8 (Wed.) to 18:00 on September 14 (Tue.).
