On August 17, a seminar was held in the audio-visual seminar room on the 7th floor of Dongsan Library. In the seminar, Kim Jong-chul, who is a research management team leader of Dongguk university central library, gave a special lecture.

He lectured about the university library's legal system and other issues related to the current university library. He emphasized the copyright law of the library. He said that many library users have broken copyright law. One example is that users have been making copies of books without permission.

During the seminar, he explained that university libraries have to protect the copyright of authors.
