On May 4, ‘The Room for Japanese Culture’ event from the department of Japanese Lang. & Lit. was held in the International Lounge.

Many professors and students from the department of Japanese Lang. & Lit. attended the event. It began with an opening speech by You Ok-hee, a chief professor (Dept. of Japanese Lang. & Lit.).

The event consisted of lots of programs such as appreciation of Japanese poems, short plays that were parodied from TV programs by students (Dept. of Japanese Lang. and Lit.), and dance and singing performances by Japanese exchange students studying at Keimyung university.

This event continued for approximately 2 hours. It was concluded by a closing speech from professor You Ok-hee.
