On June 30, Professor Shin Jin-kyo, Department of Business Administration, was appointed the head of Daegu Technopark planning. Daegu Technopark announced the appointment following an open-recruitment process. He will carry out planning for Daegu industry and an overhaul of planning and evaluation of projects for Daegu-city.

Prof. Shin graduated from Keimyung University and received a master’s degree and doctorate from the Graduate School of Business at Yonsei University. He has been recognized for his research on regional industry and his leadership qualities.
