From October 29 to 31, Dongsan Library Autumn Festival was held. This event has been held since 2000. In this event, there was an exhibition of book covers, photographs, and recently published books and art performances. Further, a lecture by the poet Jang Ok-gwan, a professor from the Dept. of Creative Writing, and prize ceremonies for distinguished volunteers, library users, and winners in the slogan contest were held. The main event, “Golden Bell,” was held on the final day of the event. Not only Koreans but also foreign students enjoyed participating in the event. Donated books were shared and a surprise gift giving event was also held for library users during the three days of the event.
