All KMU Graduates Passed the State Pharmaceutical Chemist Exam



On January 22, every recent graduate of Keimyung University’s College of Pharmacy passed the 67th state Pharmaceutical Chemist Examination. In 2011, Keimyung University founded its College of Pharmacy, so last year was the first year that the College of Pharmacy produced graduates. Last year, those first 27 graduates all passed the state Pharmaceutical Chemist Examination.

This year, all students of the second graduating class passed the 67th state exam. Therefore, the rate of successful test-takers is 100% for two consecutive years. Gong Jae-yang, dean of KMU’s College of Pharmacy said, “This comes from the hard work of the professors and students. I want to give the professors and students a big hand.” Currently, Bosan Hall has the most advanced research equipment and resources, so it is the best pharmacy building in the nation. Students are provided private study rooms and lecture rooms until late at night in preparation for the state Pharmaceutical Chemist Examination.
