A Free Concert Hall in Daemyung Campus

 

Keimyung University is offering a free concert hall inside the main building on Daemyung campus from the end of August until the end of December this year for the development of local culture and arts and the expansion of local residents' living culture. The hall was prepared by Keimyung University's Industrial-Academic Human Resources and Daegu Foundation and it is expected help expand opportunities for entertainment of performance culture for local residents, as well as promote the Daemyung Performing Arts Street.
 An application to use the free grand hall, which has 200 seats, is available to any non-profit cultural and/or artistic organization or culture club in Daegu, and also covers all areas of culture and arts, including theater, music, dance and traditional arts.
 “We hope that the free concert hall can help contribute to the creation of a cultural city." said Kim Beom-joon, head of the Keimyung University's Industrial and Academic Human Resources Institute.
