Campaign for Fire Fighter Choi Gil-su

On March 20 to 24, Keimyung University’s Student Council and the College of Physical Education held a campaign for fire fighter Choi Gil-su at Bauer Hall and the Dongsan Library. He graduated from Keimyung in 2005, and became a fire fighter in January 2017. After he saved two kids and their parents from a fire, he had to jump from the 3rd floor to escape. Unfortunately, he broke his spine in the fall.

In honor of his sacrifice, students decided to raise money to help pay for his treatment. They hope their contribution will help him get over his injury and show their respect for his heroic effort.
