Fashion Design Competitions



Students in the Department of Fashion Design in KMU got awards in two fashion design competitions. One was the 22nd Busan Fashion Design Contest and the other was the 2015 Korea Shoe Design Competition. These were held in Busan.

The 22nd Busan Fashion Design Contest was held with the support of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. The contest was held to find and promote promising designers who will lead the fashion industry in the 21st century. Students got the grand prize and a special prize from the contest.

The 2015 Korea Shoe Design Competition took place to find and promote designers who will improve the competitiveness of the shoe industry in Korea. Students got the honor award and a special prize from the competition. The winning works will be displayed at the 2015 Busan International Shoe Show.

Holding a Snack Sharing Event for International Students From October 23 to 24, 2023, a snack sharing event was held at KMU's Dong-yeong Hall to cheer for the midterm exams of foreign students. The event was hosted by KMU's International Student Council and the International Cooperation Team.
