KMU Wins 1st and 2nd Prize at Creative Festival


Keimyung University students won the 1st and 2nd prizes at the Creative Festival held by Hyundai Department Store on July 16. This competition was held to suggest ideas for the improvement of service quality. The fields were separated into Idea Planning and Suggestions from Customers. The ideas will be used for the improvement of the service and marketing of Hyundai Department Store. About 350 university teams participated in this competition.


In this competition, the KCG team won the first prize overall (first place in the field of strategy and marketing). The TNT team won the second prize in the competition (first place in the categories of advertisement and design).


KCG suggested providing the U-Box. The U-Box is a space in a department store for young people in their twenties. People can experience new products at the U-Box, and the experience will encourage young people to purchase the products. This idea was evaluated as practicable and highly feasible.
