Let's Go on a Visit

Hidden Germs of the South Sea

At six-thirty a.m. on March 17th, I took an express bus for the South Sea; I was excited to see it. Recently I was so concerned about an upcoming test and I was tired of attending classes. After an hour and a half thinking of interesting events in the South Sea, my friends and I arrived at the Munsan rest area. “A loaf of bread is better than the song of many birds.” After a good breakfast there, the express bus started off again. After another hour and a half, Samchunpo Bridge in the South Seawelcomed us when we arrived. This bridge connects the island to the mainland with five bridges totaling 3.4 KM. The bridge is known for its wonderful night view. Many people visit this place just to see that. If you pass the bridge, refer to this information.
We arrived at House N Garden 30 minutes later. This place looks like a fairy-tale world because people tastefully laid out a garden with flowers and trees. What's interesting is people actually live here. This place is at the peak of popularity. If you come to this place, you can see beautiful cherry blossom paths and tunnels with roses and gardens in many lands. In addition, there are many sculptures, windmills, great and small topiaries and so on. For reference, you will get a chance to experience making chocolates with citron, which are the principal products of the South Searegion. In addition this place adjoins German town, which is known for being the filming location for the drama Fantasy Couple.

The next destination was Mijo Fishing Port. This place is 20 minutes away from House N Garden. There you can see the harbor and the sea stretching far and wide. You can taste South Seadelicacies: rice wrapped in greens with anchovy sashimi and bowls of rice served with fresh sashimi. Eating amazing food while looking out to sea is fantastic.

The last destination was Darangyi village. This village is truly one of the most scenic areas in Korea. This village was selected as the third most popular and beautiful spots in Korea by CNN last February. When I saw the terraced rice paddy fields that consist of 108 stories on a slope of 45 degrees, I was in awe of felt the perseverance and determination of our ancestors. In addition, there is a mural of the South Seapainted from door to door. I was happy to see everything the South Seahad to offer. I think this place is a must-see for tourists. I expect that many movie directors will want to come here to film movies like Barefoot Ki-bong.

Now, midterm exams are over and flowers are in full bloom. How about traveling to the South Seawith your friends or your paramour? Are you still thinking about it? You should leave now!
