② The Street of GobChang (pork intestines) in Anjirang

One woman opened a restaurant selling ‘GobChang’ mixed with hot spices near to Anjirang Market in 1979, and it heralded the beginning of cooked pork intestines. In the 2000s, the street of ‘GobChang’ in Anjirang started to entice the young with outdoor tables and sensitive interior designs. The menu now also includes pork abomasums, beef intestines, and so on.

③ The Street of Steamed Galbi in Dongin-dong

Since the early 1970s, spicy steamed ribs have appeared on a residential street in Dongin-dong, Jung-gu, which has blossomed into a village of local food establishments. It is made with spicy powdered pepper and chopped garlic. This dish is completely different from the steamed short ribs seasoned with soy sauce found in other areas. Its special features are the tongue-tingling and hot taste. You can enjoy the best taste when you eat it with soju, or rice mixed with leftover spices.
