It's okay to not be okay is a current TV show that deals with the problems of disability and deficiency against the backdrop of a mental hospital. This TV show deals with how they understand each other and fill and grow their deficiencies through each other.
People usually see people living in the framework that society sees as normal and dividing people normal and abnormal according to their prejudices and on those who do not conform to social conventional wisdom as abnormal. However, the author calls those who hide their true selves to fit into society’s framework as "fake" and "hypocrites," and says those who face the pain of their past and open their own doors are adults of true meaning. What the main characters in the drama have in common is that they do not feel warmth properly and grew up with their bodies tied up in the past with something lacking. But as they were together and cared for each other and filled each other's deficiencies, they were able to break the shackles that kept them from growing up.
“Hurtful, painful memories. Memories of deep regrets. Only those with such memories buried in their hearts can become stronger, more passionate, and emotionally flexible. And only those can attain happiness. and if they cannot overcome, they are only children whose souls do not grow." While watching this drama, I hope you can take the time to think about whether you are a free person from your past memories or a person who can take care of others.
