The 6th Hyundai Motor Group Drama & Music Festival for Universities, which is Korea’s largest scale fesitval, was held on September 2. 23,000 students and 75 teams from 65 universities participated in this festival. Urine Town’s musical which is a team from the Stage Play and Musical Department at Keimyung University won the grand prize for the best individual director prize, and the bronze trophy for group performance at this year’s University Musical Festival which was the biggest ever. Also, these awards are more meaningful because all of the professors from the Stage Play and Musical Department, and undergraduate and graduate students worked together tirelessly.
