Facing this situation, Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital took the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) challenge, which is an architecture certification system.

Some futuristic design elements can now be seen at Dongsan Hospital.There are sky lights in the ceiling that allow sunlight to stream in. This natural lighting is not hot or cold and it doesn’t fatigue people’s eyes. On the rooftop, there is a garden so patients can relax. If hospitals use environmental elements like these, they can save money.
