On May 10, doctors from various countries, like Yan’an University Hospital in China and Memorial Hospital in India, visited Dongsan Medical Center for a training program about laparoscopic surgery.

This training program is part of the domestic training programs by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) for foreign doctors. KHIDI selected 14 medical institutions including Dongsan Medical Center to introduce superior medical techniques.

Dongsan Medical Center is taking the initiative in Korean medical skills and helping to introduce Daegu as the medical city.
