Maintenance Team 1 and the Facilities Management Team conducted renovations to enhance student welfare and the educational environment.

Maintenance Team 1 constructed new parking places for bicycles and motorcycles. Spaces for 420 bicycles and motorcycles were made. The team also made a rest area south of Baekeun Hall. In addition, the team set up information boards at the Center for International Education and the College of Music and Performing Arts.

The Facilities Management Team started wood-preservation work in Keimyung Hanhak-chon (Keimyung Culture Village); renovated C Wing of the Engineering Building, the housing office in Myunggyo Residential Complex (student dormitory), and the restrooms in Bauer Hall; and set up safety facilities in the underground parking lots.
